prove to the people hiring you that the money they spend ( 80 to 100K) will not be wasted by finding you have a record
actually show interest and capability, have at least a 2 year Associates in Criminal Justice studies
show willingness to be sent away from family (preferred you have none) for long periods of time to far away places
know that FBI, CID and CIA are next steps and that comes with a whole gamut of other things and qualifications
