The poor girl will stop at nothing to garner attention for herself. She'll probably offer her children as living sacrifices to the Great Volcano God next! It's too bad she can't simply live a quiet life and be happy with what she has without constantly trying to be the center of attention. Can someone say, "We didn't have enough daddy time when we were growing up"?

Maybe she's trying to one-up John Lennon and show that it's not the Beatles--but she herself--who is bigger than Jesus Christ.
(Man, I'd love to know the context in which she has herself crucified. Does she sing Tori Amos' song "Crucify Myself"?)

I am offended that she is still performing at all. She has never had any talent and I can't stand her voice...and the shock value just don't work anymore...

Controversy is the first refuge of the talentless. But I think this particular gimmick is just too tired to even qualify as controversial.

No not really. But I think its a bit sad that she's relying more on more on gimmicks and less on the actual music.

if she has to go to that lengths in her concerts to fill seats then i am not offended....Jesus would wants us to just feel sorry for her, try to steer her in the direction of retirement and move on with our own lives.
