its when you can find both men and women sexually attractive. it. it does not mean you want to go around humping everyone in site.
Bisexual people are not necessarily attracted equally to both genders, and tend to prefer one or the other. if you have a crush on someone of the same sex it does always mean your gay/bi but if it happens several times it might be a possibility.
