I cannot email to a concrete domain because of that. I've never done unappropiate use of the dynamic IPs i receive.
But the company that provides them to me says that this is not his responsability.

Use a proxy to temporarily get past it.

Your ISP is not responsible for blacklisting their own IP addresses, hence they are not responsible for trying to get them removed from any blacklists they may have been added to.
