Almay makes a cover up stick. The stuff is green.
Put it on the affected ares and when you put makeup on, they will be invisible.

My new favorite product! Maybelline pure.concealer
I bought this at Wal-Mart for just a couple of dollars.
It is a blemish treatment stick and concealer in one. Its active ingredient is salicylic acid which is an acne medication.
This product covers really well & isn't thick like most concealers; but it dries out the pimple. If you apply the stick 5 or 6 times a day your pimple will dry up and be gone for good!
Good luck!

There's one thing I've noticed about covering up pimples...it never really covers them up but makes them shine like a horrible beacon! It makes you feel better but believe me...we can still see it. Just deal with the blemish and go on with life.

Please, be careful about covering them up. You could wind up making them a lot worse. You will need to set up a mini-treatment programme for yourself with exfoliation, cleaning and moisturiser from an "oily skin" range. Try using tea tree oil on the pimples. If they are serious, the you should also take professional advice from your chosen healthcare practictioner. It would be better to try and get rid of them rather than cover them!

if they are serious, put a tiny bit of dish soap on it, and mean a TINY bit, as little as possible, to much will give you dry skin. I tried this once, IT WORKS, it breaks down the grease and dead skin cells that clog the pores. this is NOT intended for small pimples. for small ones, hold some ice on them to reduce swelling and redness, then cover it up with make up.

just cover them and not get rid of them .... hmm i`d say tooth pasta (use a little on the pimples and after that wash it down with your fingers and some water ... dont wash it 100% off)

use a concealer that blends with your skin color.
if you are pale use an ivory or light beige.
if you are med. skin tone use beige to med beige.
put concealer on middle finger and dab on pimple to blend softly into skin
