Germany is ok, if only hitler did not exist.

When I was leaving Germany after living there, some of the neighbors told me when I go back to America (they forgot I'm Canadian,) to tell them that not all German people are bad. I think with the amount of movies that depict Germans as the villains (whether it's a WWI, WWII movie, a James Bond movie, etc.) many Germans get the sense that American think they are evil. I think most younger American have simply think Germans are strict, "JA order NIEN!" people who have an exact way about them.

I don't have any type of stereotypical opinion of people from Germany...everyone is an individual, right? I have a very good friend who's German...she's one of the friendliest and kindest people I know. And both mine and my husband's families have German roots, and we're ok, though a bit nutso at times LOL. Anyway that's my 2 cents. :)

Depends on the Germans. All my relatives on my mom's side are German (making my ancestry half German) and I wouldn't wish them on my worst enemy. But I'm sure there are lots of great German folks out there.
I hate wurst, though.

Germans are cool! Or at least the two I know. One is from there the other is a Jamaican who has lived there many years.

I think they eat lots of sausage, drink lots of beer and have light colored skin and dark hair
