There are way's to get it but most often no. if your spouse takes a job in another state you may be able to but it will have to be addressed by the local office that you relocate to.

Check with the labor board/department of employment services in the state that you left. In some states you can; several years ago, I was living in DC and I moved to Baltimore. I was eligible for unemployment because I moved more than 50 miles away from my job which was in DC itself. Different states have different laws though.

yes. If you are moving because you don't have a choice. For example, your spouse is being transferred. Its called hardship. You aren't leaving on your own wishes. It's not considered job abandonment.

You may want to find out if the company has an office in the new state, then you can transfer.

Depends on why you had to relocate. If it was health reason or similar things beyond your control, yes, otherwise no.

In most states no, you would not be able to collect. You quit your job you were not fired or let go.
