that's all fine, as long as shes working from home. as there are no kids, the house should be spotless anyway, so she shouldn't have any reason to stay home all the time.if she's not working from home, is she ill in anyway or unfit? maybe she could do volunteer work for a couple of hours a day

I'm a Wife and stays home....I have grown kids who live in a near by city!
The reason I stay home is NOT of my choice! I'm disabled and can NOT work.
So maybe this is why some of us stay at home?
Lot of People JUMP to talk before they know!

I like how people assume, they never answer the question they just assume that they know everything.
Back to the question, I think that if she and her husband can afford it and are in agreement, then go ahead.
I dont plan to have any children and if my husband and I can ever afford it, he says he will be more than happy to have me stay at home. He says he wants to know that he as a man can take care of his family.
All I know is that "wife" is oh so lucky.

If she is making herself a useful part of society - great. Kudos! There's tons to be done in a home even without kiddies. Just preparing meals and keeping the home clean, depending on the size of the home, can be a lot of work. If she's sitting on the sofa and watching Jerry Springer then someone outta kick her butt.

I honestly think she should go out and get a job. Why is she staying at home. To lazy to go out and contribute to the house. Get off of your butt lady.

The only problem is she won't be happy. If she is talented and intelligent enough, she'll want to make contributions to the society at large; not just confining herself at home all the time.

As long as she puts out and does the cooking I'm fine with it. Also she cant be fugly cause well thats just wrong.
Note any chicks reading this that dont want to work and put out and good on the eyes lets hook up :D

If one can afford it, that is the way to go, she can devote her time to her husband, and it is no ones business, but their own. Who said that everyone has to work, we work, because one has to. Some people are just jealous, they wish they could do it but can"t. It must be a great life!!

Does the family have enough money for her to be able to do that? If not, she at least needs a part-time job.
