Every job, every position. The employer may find something interesting from the other positions that may be unique to the other resumes.

Yes, just tailor the skills/responsibilities to the job you're applying to. For example, if you're applying for a customer service position and your last job was a landscaper, you could say something like, "Fulfilled customers' design requirements" or "landscaped property in accordance to customers' wishes."

It depends. If they are totally irrelevant, you don't have to use them. However, if you don't have a lot of other experience, you should include them because potential employers do want to know that you are a stable employee and have a steady work history.

yes. employers also look for stability in your past. sometimes they look at how long you haven't had a job. the best way to do it is to find similarities between your old jobs and the job you are applying for.

Yes because they still show you have a work history and your new employer may call one of them just to ask if you were a good employee(on time, work well with others, etc.)

Show everything to reveal your stability. But, for the readers sake, keep it SHORT.
