It is legal if you get a prescription for weed from a doctor, then you are allowed to grow a limited amount.

Definitely not legal. My neighbour was recently arrested for growing it. However, his case was thrown out of court because the poice could only produce a couple of leaves and he pointed out that he had had thriving plants!

It is not legal to grow weed for personal use. If you get caught, they'll toss your sorry *** in jail regardless.

Definitely not unless you want your collar felt, it needs great heat and humidity and strong lights. It gives off a distictive smell that leaks out and travels, that's how they get caught.

it depends on how much you want, if its just one plant for personal use you you will probably get a fine and community service if you get caught. but if manufacturer a whole lot of them well you would probably get charged with intent to sell.
