in the winter. I have stay in bed A LOT in the winter as it seems to be the only way to keep them warm. Anytime I go somewhere they get numb and the top of my foot to my toes gets cold. And I keep get this burning under my feet almost as if someone lit a match to me. I have had my heart checked and it was normal. I am not diabetic or pre-diabetic, I had an EEG and it was normal too. I am hypothyroid but on meds for it since I was a kid. So finally the Drs just decided it was poor circulation. Could it be due to my back I wonder? They say I have degenerative disc disease.
At any rate, I don't have much to loose sicne I have insurace to cover the cost, but I'd like to know if anyone else has some insight I don't.
Thanks for your help!

oh and one more thing I forgot to add is that it is almost non existant in the summer. This summer I didn't even know it was there. And I was just as overweight a week ago as I am now and I was on them just as much a week ago. This has been going on a few years now. And here in Maine it is starting to get chilli and my feet are starting to hurt again. They get so cold that I can't come up with any other way to describe it except to say it hurts.

Chiropractic can definitely help you especially if you have degenerative disc disease. Helping move those joints takes the pressure off potential nervous system problems. Unfortunately you might have pinched nerves causing radiculopathy in your feet and circulatory problems as well. There are a number of problems you state and none have been solved through regular medicine. Try Chiropractic as well as some nutritional consulting. Other forms of natural healing can help as well but i think that chiropractic is a sure way to go!

I would do the chiropractic along with massage therapy. There are several different essential oils that help improve circulation. You don't necessarily have to have a heart problem for it to affect your circulation....low blood pressure causes those same symptoms as does mitral valve prolapse, which you can't always hear....you have to have an ultrasound or echo of your heart to catch that. Low body temperature also aggrevates it. I only have the problem in winter too and found that thicker soled shoes helped alot......yay for platforms and those tennies that are higher than normal....I can even wear flip flops in the winter as long as the sole is a few inches thick. Those animal slippers that are really thick work well too.....currently mine are puppies!

~ Electric blanket
just to list a few........

A regular massage would be better to perk up your circulation. Find a massage therapist.
