I have prominent veins on my hands/wrists and feet/ankles, I'm fairly young, and recently my hands have gotten thinner and the veins don't look that bad, it's got a charm to it.

My mother has very prominent veins on her arms and hands because of work, and they bother her A LOT, because apparantly they look strained and masculine.

I have very prominent veins in my hands. They don't bother me, in fact I find them beautiful. Many artists have similiar hands and feet.
