Well it really depends on your flow...some people can wear one for the whole day and it won't bother them at all and some people change it ever half hour. It honestly depends

You change your pad as often as you need to. I usually change mine every 4 hours, first starting. My periods are usually heavier at the beginning. And as it lightens about every 8 hours.

I would change it every 2 to 3 hrs. just for the fact of feeling fresh and not all stinky or dirty!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I change mine every 3 hours. cuz that's what my doctor said i should do. no matter how hard the flow. cuz if you don't then your crotch will start to smell like tuna! that's bad. cuz ppl WILL say, " Jeez! Close your legs!! That's frickin' nasty!!!"
