How to start looking for a part time job in a medical clinic office?

Being a international medical graduate, I need to take the medical license tests in North America and applying for residency. To be qualified, I have to supply reference letters from medical professors and hands on medical working experience. Specialists' offices in Toronto area will be the opitimal choice here. Can anyone make a suggestion where I should start with?
