She's used to smelling it so after a little bit she can't smell it. I read it in a magazine somewhere.

Even when it changes, we get used to our own scent fairly quickly, so we don't smell ourselves most of the time. This goes for good smells and bad, whether it's perfume or body odor. I'd imagine the perfume is still there... if she has a boyfriend, she could ask him if he can still smell it. I'm sure that he'll enjoy being asked and checking for her... and whatever happens next should be fun for both of them. :)

How is the weather where you are?.If it is hot or humid or she perspires easily, she should wear a stronger perfume,so when she starts sweating, the smell stays and doesn't get washed away so easily.I use to have this same problem, but now I know .I use light, airy, sweet perfumes in cooler weather, and strong, flowery perfumes in warmer ,more humid weather......Also,it helps if you put your perfume on right after you get out of the shower.

It all depends on the type of perfume. Some are stronger scented than others but it is a good thing she does not want to wear perfume that is going to overpower to the point of nausea.

Inexpensive perfumes tend to not last very long. I would try a more expensive perfume, you only need to use a little and it lasts all day.

If you use a very cheap perfume, it has alot of alcohol in it so it evaporates quickly, example, bath and body works.
that's why they recommend the layering, bath gel, lotion then spray, so it lasts awhile... She should be able to smell
it when she first sprays it on, if shes not then she should have her sinues checked, she may have a clogged something or other tube!!!

she is probably used to the smell so she doesnt smell it like other people do. unless it is a high potent perfume they wear off easily sometimes.

Because you become accustomed to the fragrance (no matter how putrid). If she wants to know if the purfume is still 'working', she can stand still for a moment then step backwards while inhaling.

She gets used to the smell and therefore becomes immune to it.
