at the exact time the towers fell?
someone told me that most people remember the exact place, just wondering if thats true : )

I was sitting on my living room couch watching TV and finding it hard to believe that I wasn't dreaming or having a nightmare.

I was getting ready for work, I came out of my bedroom because I heard on the TV that there was an accident involving the first tower... I took a brief moment to hear/watch what happened and low and behold they (channel 5 news) showed the second plane hitting the second tower. So to answer ya question, I will always remember that morning.

Working at a blood bank after being called back into work. I worked the night shift at that time (lab work) and had just gone to bed when they first got hit. I then worked until 8 AM or so the next morning (total of 11PM - 7AM, 9/10ish AM - 8AM)

I was getting my kids ready for school and we were running late so I switched on the radio in my room to keep up with the time. At first I didn't understand what was going on, but once I got in the car, I turned on the car radio and when I got to my parents house, they were watching it on t.v. By then they were evacuating buildings here, so I didn't go to work that day. I will never forget either.

I'll never forget it. I was on the highway on my way to work and the DJ's were talking about it and what a mistake that pilot made and then the 2nd plane hit and they realized what happened. I had to stop at a friend's house and we turned the TV on. Watched for a few minutes, then got to work and watched TV almost all day.

I was at work. Just pulling into work when the plane hit the first tower.

I was taking a left into Whataburger as I was massively late to work when I heard it on the radio. My first thought was, "Why is Dan Rather on my radio?" Then I started listening to what he was saying.

Yes, I was in the library of my elementary school (3rd grade). Then when we went back to our classrooms, everyone turned their televisions on.
