All right I bought a Dell about 1 year ago (since I didnt have much money and I did the monthly payment thing) and I am obviously unsatisfied. Therefore I am building a computer, but I want to keep the RAM and the Hard Drive, and of course the input devices. I have built two computers before worked on computers, but I never really picked out the parts and I need to know if these will work. ( I dont see why not)

Yes, that setup works but you'll need more RAM if you are gaming. You may also want to go into overclocking, but that's another can of worms...

I think it will work great! You chose a great processor and motherboard that is totally compatible with your DDR 3200 Memory!
Just make sure to get a nice quite cooling fan. The one that comes with the AMD is not really that great.
