Unfortunately, you can't MAKE her do anything if she doesn't want to get better. Why not just sit her down and say, "I've noticed that you've been doing stuff that I don't think is very healthy for you. I'm worried about you. I want to be a good friend, and I want to help. Please tell me what I can do to help you get through this."
If she's still in her parent's care, you should definately maybe talk to them about it. Make them aware that there is a problem.
