Aside from the "have a lot of sex" answer (which you will get), let's increase your chances.
Boyfriend switches from briefs to boxers.
Boyfriend sleeps in the nude
No more hot baths.
Reduce red meat consumption, increase raw vegetables consumption.
Have sex in the evening, when you can be relaxed
be relaxed.
Take your time in having the sex.
make certain you have an orgasm, my dear.
No more masturbation for him, and you as well.
have sex every three days or more.
Let's see what happens

The only thing you can do without going to a doctor is timing your cycle and trying to conceive a baby. But If that doesn't work and you really want a baby, a doctor is the best way, trust me I tried for 4 years and I finally got my wish. It was only after the doctor and praying to God and not stressing about it, is when it happen, I had stop trying and thought if it happens so bid, if not that's OK its not meant to be. And May 25, 06 I found out I was. Don't stress about it. Don't think every time you lay down with your partner its you trying to have a baby, enjoy the moment and pray about it. Good Luck!!!!!!!!!!!!

Make sure you are correctly calculating your ovulation cycle. There are good books out there on this subject, do your homework. Relax because if you get too anxious that won't help either. Don't have him pull out right away. Elevate your bottom and let gravity work with you. Have him wear no underwear or only baggy boxers. Watch his diet because healthy sperm come from healthy guys. These are only a few tips. I wish I could help more. But in the end, don't be scared of going to a urologist. His test is painless believe me. And your results are too. So go find out where you stand. Maybe there is a simple solution that you won't discover otherwise.

I was going through fertility treatments and when I told my doctor that I wanted to rest and try and conceive naturally, she said to buy an ovulation kit. When you're ovulating, have intercourse the two days that you have your LH surge and every other day for a week after that. After intercourse, prop a pillow underneath your butt and lay on your bed with your legs in the air for about 1/2 an hour (rest them against the wall to be more comfortable). There's a chance that your body may not be ready to conceive; start exercising and eat right (If you're not doing that already). You have to prepare you body for child birth mentally and physically. Everyone will tell you to relax and not to think about it, but it's hard when that's what you want. It'll always be in the back of your head. I know from experience!
Good luck!!!

go get a book called Taking Charge of your fertility by Toni Weschler. It will help you understand your body and all the myths about it. It will help you time when you are ovulating and the best times to conceive. My Doctor recommended it to me and after 1 year of trying I got the book. It worked the very next month. It turns out that my timing was wrong due to mis-information. I hope it helps you, too! It's not only about getting pregnant. It's about knowing your body and knowing when you are fertile or not. You can pick and choose what you do with your info. Good luck and don't listen the all the myths!

It takes the average couple 1 yr (who are actively trying all the time, every month) to get pregnant. Ovulation generally occurs 1 week after the LAST DAY of you period. You will notice your Cervical Mucus to be like egg whites and really stretchy. Have sex every other day like 3 days after the last day of your period. If you do it every other day it gives your man some time to "build up" sperm. The more sperm the better. Thats it in a nut shell, good luck...... ohh yeah, and get married. That is all I have to say. :)

From experience, I would get married 1st. I am still waiting for my baby's daddy to ask me to marry him. (I've asked and he's not "ready"). Other than that, if you have been having unprotected sex regularly and no result, you guys have got to see a doc. If you are overweight or have thyroid problems, that may be the problem. Good luck.

To get pregnant you must have sex on a day that your eggs are being released.
After the 3rd day from the day that menses started put a thermometer into your mouth and check your body temperature every morning before you start turning in bed. The best time is at about 4 a.m. Maintain a chart. You will find that on one day the body temperature drops from 1/2 degree to one degree. This is the day that your eggs are being released. If you want to get pregnant this is the day that you must have sex. Tell your boy friend to ejaculate on his inward thrust so that the sperms will shoot deep inside.
After having sex you must stay in bed for about 30 mins with your knees bent up with a pillow under your buttocks so that the sperms will not pour out - to enable them to travel up.
Get your boy friend to save his sperms in the testacles for at least 3 days before sex to enable them to mature well to do their job.

My wife and i have also have been trying to conceive and believe it or not the thing that helped us the most was seeing a chiropractor. We found out that parts of her back (called vertebra) were not sitting well and was inhibiting us from having a baby. Chiropractors are not like medical doctors. They don't prescribe any medication, so its definitely worth a check. Good luck to both of you.
