To answer your real question I'd say that you would feel it if you please one by feeling her sex being engorged with blood (makes it a little tighter and firmer) and really wet. Like for males, these get less impressive when we get older. The female usually get a warm feeling down there. Rarely does a visible discharge take place. For males it confirms the orgasm but not for females. But both will have a kind of good electrical flow and their sex will pulse and contract during orgasm and it's more fun when it's at the same time but it doesn't need to be!
