Look at it this way...
Chavez proved he was about as dim witted as the liberals on this site. "Bush is a Devil". WOW, what a spokesman and a great diplomatic leader. Whats next? Will he call GW a poopy pants? It could be that he's taking lessons from his pal and liberal icon Cindy Sheehan.
So... At least hes good for comedic value. Again, much like the liberals.
