Personally I dont like it, I think there's far too much going on at once what with the neck tie, the siky fabric and the pattern. It's all down to personal taste really, if you do like it then I do think it's suitable for work.

yes i like that top. it is not too retro. it looks very good. i bet people will buy it but 4 a cheper price

Personally, I would not want to wear that. It does seem very 80's but not in a good way. (just my opinion!)
