I will give you my fave in both - for the good, I love that little goat Djali in Hunchback of Notre Dame, even though he doesn't talk - as far as villains, Maleficent from Sleeping Beauty is the best!

well I think all the disney guys are hot as heck to name a few the guy from mulan and hercules and prince phillip from sleeping beauty and cinderellas man and the guy pocahontas doesnt want to marry just to name a few lol I like all the princess of course darn it its so hard to choose I own every movie and love them all the same good or bad.

Malificient, from Sleeping Beauty, Lady Tremaine form Cinderella, Ursula from The Little Mermaid........ oh my, there are so many villians that I love, so underestimated and mis-understood, so they have to resort to evil doing to accomplish a goal to finally get some attention. So tought to pick just one.

I would say Cobra Commander (Cobra lalalala), but that's not Disney. As a kid I was into Huey, Dewey and Louie....good 'kids' that were goonie-like. Entertaining....
