i can't wait to see it tonight - i hope she picks McDreamy & Izzy is gonna be a wreck without Denny & i don't think she'll lose her job

I think Meredith chooses Derek because she likes the challenge of the chase and they have a chemistry that just drives her animal sex drive into overdrive.
Mark is safe and he really likes her but this relationship is just starting and the relationship with Derek has never ended, albeit on hold due to Derek still being married.
Derek is in the same boat, his wife is safe and comfortable but he will always want more out of a relationship. Besides, he lost the trust in his marriage when she had the affair.
Izzy will return after some sole searching and ofcourse discipline and probation back at Seattle General.
I can't wait for 8:00 pm tonight.

I love Grey's Anatomy I hope she picks Derek theres so much passion there and I hope Izzy stays a intern.

Why Mark? You mean Finn? I dont' think Derek and Meredith will get together. But FInn won't either. No chemistry. Izzy will be back and stay a doctor. It's too important.

I don't think she'll pick Derek. They'd want to make it more interesting and not put them back together so quickly. I'm not sure about Izzy but I'm hoping she doesn't leave.

I really don't think she will pick either one but we will just have to see won't we. seriously I think she will make mcdreamy stew for awhile. It was great that she lost her panties that was a fav. scene.seriously. I hope Izzy does not leave the show. I know she made a movie or two but she needs to stay for awhile she could meet a mcdreamy who knows.

I would like to see her pick the veterinarian, but I'm afraid its going to be McDreamy. Too bad. I don't know about Izzy, have to wait and see. Tonight's the night!!!!

Meridith will not pick either one i think she will meet someone else to keep that part of the show going,as for Izzy she will be suspend she cant leave the show yet....unless she is pursuing bigger acting roles...
