is C.A. Dutch Ruppersberger pro abortion?

I'm writing a paper on my elected officials and i cannot find an article on C.A. Ruppersberger and what are some of his views on social issues.

He's very pro-choice. You can find almost anything on any elected official at www.vote-smart.org!
By the way, it's pro-choice, not pro-abortion (in favor of letting a woman choose versus in favor of women aborting their fetus).
