Eat sugar!
Actually, if your blood sugar is low, eat a piece of candy or drink some juice first off. Then, eat a protein w/ a carb, such as peanut crackers, or cheese crackers. That way, you won't crash again once the initial dose of sugar has worn off.

Ok you mean if you are at work and suddenly get low blood sugar? put a cough drop in your mouth. That will bring it up fast.
