It's made of elements. It is anything that takes up space and has weight.
Matter is NOT made of energy. Matter is made of elements, which are made of atoms, which are made of protons, electrons, and neutrons, all of which is held together by bonds which contain energy.

That is the wrong question to ask!!!! The questions is what is made up of matter, which is of course everything. Trees, cars, stars, people, dogs, cats, computers etc. EVERYTHING IS MATTER. Except ofcourse antimatter. But i dont think you can find antimatter on Earth

well once I made a matter ball out of clay. I don't know why it was called matter though (that was in fifth grade).
