Find out more about her. If you just met - she may not be what you are actually looking for in a friend or girl friend - if you come on too strong then she may think you are shallow and not even want to get to know her.
Ask to get to know her better by inviting her to take a walk around campus and then you can have time to talk.

Tell her she's cool, but don't stalk her. If she's not interested in more than friendship, she'd tell u. But you've gained a friend regardless.
