The A.P. news feed reports that 1000 religiose leaders demand that the POPE be removed! Who do these people think there talking about? The icecream man?If the leaders of there religon don't like the Popes statment than don't listen to the news!Put your radio on the other station! The thing is, the Pope's comments were meant to be inflamitory. A world leader should not be encouraging religious strife.
Yes I did read the Pope's entire speech, and there was no reason to include the quote about Muhammad (pardon spelling). It was actually detrimental to the point he was trying to make, and so the only reason I can see for it being included was to inflame the Muslim world.

I've known some very nice Pakastani people ; and they were kind , courteous & thoughtful. I don't think you can generalize that a few morons speak for all Pakastani people . Who cares what a few morons want . The Pope stays !

Anyway they can tear down other religions or beliefs, they'll do it. I think there will be a holy war due to all this attention they are getting. Attention=Power. Let's stop giving them power.

I think they are attention seeking! These are the same Mullajhs that teach jihad and death to the infidels in their madrases. And they don't just want him removed..the Turks want him ARRESTED when he visits the country!
