I think there should be a new set of rules written for terrorists. After all, the Geneva Convention only rule those countries who signed the pact in the first place and I'm sure no one from a terrorist group was represented. What should the rule be? Kill them. Kill them all!!!!!!!

Oppinion has nothing to do with it. They clearly do not. The geneva convention states that it only applies to uniformed combatants fighting under a national flag. Terrorists do not even remotely qualify. We may treat them as if they do if we want to but we are not required to. Unfortunately we have a supreme court that has several members that think that it is thier place to make things be like they want while ignoring the constitution or the law.

No I don't Terrorist don't fall under the convention. That arrangement is for enlisted military personnel involved in military war fare not nut job terrorists. There called terrorists for a reason. If anything they should be treated as spy's or instigators.Who have no rights if found to be guilty. And can be summarily executed under the U.C M J.

the rules of Geneva convention is the rules that are fought by those who signed it. That means that since we signed we must follow the rules, but if our enemy didn't they won't follow them.

I really hate to say it, but yes. No, they never signed the documents, but we did. If we back-step now, any global support would most likely dissapear. It's a long hard road, that was decided for us, by our elders.

Nope, they don't follow the rules of the G.C. so they should be treated like like treat others. Off with their heads.

Why should we hold them up to a standard that they themselves choose to ignore? It’s nice to be “better” than them…but when “better” = “deader” I choose to deal with them the old fashioned way.
