when im around at school he acts like he wants to say something then i wil respond thats what it seems like but this new girl he thinks that she can do better than me and honey please no she cant when i mean she cant she cant o but anyways he will see me and they walk near me when he knows i know they are close by he hug and kiss and rub all up on him and the whole nine yards but when they say they love u all the while they do but the hurt you and leave u why does he do this only when im around why WHAT DOES THIS MEAN HELP ME PLEASE?

Perhaps he still has feelings for you...but my guess is he is just a serious pain in the rear .He probaly wants to make you jealous and feel bad so he wants to rub in your face, but if it bothers you that bad then get a new guy and do play the same game if it fails then move on you will be much happier doing so anyways.

Second, men in general, but teenage boys in particular, are stupid. I think you should look for someone who values and respects you.

he is young and trying to make you jealous and he can probably tell that he is getting to you. talk to other people and act as if he is not around and let him see what it feels like. I am pretty sure he is not gonna like it either
