I would love to be a healthy millionare, but if I had to choose one or the other, I would have to go with Health! a poor healthy person lives longer than a rich dying person!

Health, if you are willing to take an "extreme" example why. You are a billionaire in your Thirties or Forties but have a terminal illness that has decapacitated you and the pain is so great you are in agony despite the drugs given you, or you are not in pain and drugged into unconsciousness. Tell me how you can enjoy your money (including the fun of managing that money and all of your investments) if you don't have health. The only, only, only advantages of having money when your health is poor is that you can afford the best medical care and also, your heirs will receive your fortune (if you have good relatives or friends to give it to). I think a person can be very happy with money, but I'd still pick health if we are looking at extremes.

I'd say its a balance. You require a certain minimum amount of health.... call it longevity.
For instance, I would want to live healthy minimum 60 years... I would also want enough money for me and my family to be comfortable. So basically, once these two minimum standarts are met, I'll take as much of either of these two in excess the minimum amount that I can.
Seriously, you can't just pick one. If it was all money, you'd be dead but rich.... if it was health, you'd be destitude living on the street. Both of these situations suck.
