i apologize about my question about a good topic for an "informative Speech", i wasn't very specific, but what are some good topics on "how to's"...like how to do something u know,

Make sure it's something you actually can do and are familiar with for example if you can cook use a topic like

How to make a Great Casserole.

If you are good with practical things then

How to Knit a Sweater

If you are sporty

How to be a good Team Player

or

How to appreciate a good book
How to learn a foreign language
How to travel safely
How to grow vegetables
How to behave in a restaurant
How to play music
How to write a good letter
How to feel confident
How to apply makeup
Whatever your topic be confident, plan it in a logical sequence and make it interesting.

If, for example, it was making the casserole I would start as follows

First I would greet the audience then ask (hypothetically) who enjoys a casserole. Before anyone answers say "Everyone".

Explain which is your favourite and why.
Tell them how you prepare the kitchen by using clean work surfaces and utensils
Tell them what ingredients you would use
Tell them the method
Explain what vegetables you would serve as an accompaniment and how you would serve the dish and what type of occasion it could be served at.
Don't over-elaborate or use terms that the audience don't understand. For example if you are using a 'roux' tell them what it is.
