Whenever weather permits, leave the window open and if your's is one of those bathrooms without a window, leave the door open.
The only reason bathrooms and kitchens get mould is because people just will not open windows.
Ventilation is the answer to ALL mould problems. It just cannot survive in well aired places.

Like a previous person has said its condensation from either your shower or bath time, leave the door slightly open, open a window, if you do get mould use a mould remover, reseal your bath with new sealant, and keep up to cleaning your bathroom.

You must have a humidity problem in those areas... You have two things you can do.
1 - Put some vinegar in a spray bottle, spray those spots every time you clean, leave it dry by itself. Then wipe the area.
2 - If the vinegar doesn't prove strong enough, do the same treatment, but with strong bleach instead... (be careful, do this wearing old clothes, as the bleach will discolour them if sprayed on by accident).
Bleach is radical, if sprayed on pure you don't even have to wipe it off...It also works on walls (only white ones - coloured ones might discolour or change their tone)

Lack of ventilation is the quick answer. Try leaving the door open when not in use. Its always a good idea to provide an extractor to get rid of the steam from baths/showers . Try using thick bleach on the affected areas as well.

It could be a damp problem, in which case you need to sort it out before it gets worse (and for that you need someone who knows what they are doing). Or it cold just be a build up of humidity from when you have your bath/shower. If it's the latter, you can get little de-humidifiers to plug in when you have your bath or shower, or just open the window when you're washing and leave it open for about a couple of hours after.

There's some mold living in there. Spray bleach on it & leave the light on in your bathroom for 15 minutes after showers.
