you may have dyslexia?
Lack of focus especially in reading is a sign of dyslexia.
If you are slow at reading or have always had trouble keeping up in your work- you may want to get tested.
Just a suggestion. Look on line for more info.

Before you do your homework, have something to eat, relax, watch some tv, do something. Than allow your self time to do your homework and study.

u know your problem. u lack concenteration. when u know your problem no one can help u get over it unless u make a conscious effort to overcome it. advice can only be given to people who dont know that they have a problem or do not know what their problem is. in your case , you know you have a problem and you know what it is as well. now you just have to put in the effort to resist starting to wander when you take out ur books. good luck.

You need to get away from your environment to one that is more conductive to studying. I have the same problem sometimes. You need to go to the library, or Starbucks, and study - believe me, it helps!
Get away from your XBOX, your TV, your computer, and go somewhere where no one can bother you and crack the books!
