i would call your attorny and let him take matters in his own hands , i can see how you feel no car and no transportation. get a good attorny and make sure she pays for what she has done to you and your children. but its not worth getting into any trouble with be the responsible one and either go to the police or get attorny. i wish you the best of luck you sound like you have a long road ahead of you.

Is the car in your name? If so, I'd call that stolen property and contact the police about getting it back. It doesn't matter where she lives, if she has YOUR car, and YOUR name is on it, that's all that should matter.

You need to involve the local police, if you have rights to the vehicle they can assist you in picking it up, otherwise it her's to keep and use.
