I agree. This is all a political maneuver by the current government to trick us into believing that things are fine and once they have, it's back to the same old dog and pony show!

You are cheeky, but unfortunately correct. Gas will hike very soon after elections - the dip in price almost makes all the annoying signs and commercials worth it.
