The questions you have asked are the most important questions you can ask yourself
I ask it on a DAYLY basis..... "how is my health..... my memory.... my fitness... am I on top of things etc." With fitness I force myself to go to the gym nearly everyday (I signed up for 4 years so I know what commitment is)
In my spear time I ask myself how my general health is; my teeth are sensitive and have cavities so I use baking soda and lemon juice to brush them (bacteria hate this combination!) ; with my asthma I put the dehumidifier on etc.
With my emotions I say to myself " It doesn't matter if I embarrass myself or whatever..... so long as I try my best, DO more and help others" These are my principles and I stick to them which really helps when I don't know what to do, or I am scared of what others may think..... Also if I have a memory or remember something that is putting me down I have thoughts lined up so I automatically think "It could be worse....... I know better......... keep doing work....... ignore them......."
With spirituality I go to church and pray for others, and I write poetry about God and do paintings of Jesus.

Don't just like yourself....love who you are, and let that show. Love is the most healing medicine available. Be it self love from a nurturing standpoint or that you show love for others.....Take care of you...enjoy life, your surroundings, be balanced, and take time to rest and enjoy yourself.
You are worth it!!
