By paper, most companies are 8 to 9 hrs a day, smaller companies work for 6 days a week and all companies expect employees to work more than 8-9 hrs (even 12 sometimes) for no additional pay.

8-10 hrs. a day without a fixed scheduled break for private companies,six days a week and 6-8 hrs. a day with a fixed scheduled break,five days a week for government jobs.

for govt. offices, who works there?all get promotion! and in privet offices, u don't have to ask this to get promoted ?
