It sounds like your life is not exciting enough and therefore you need to drink to enjoy yourself. That is not very good as it will lead to complications in the future. Control yourself, maybe drink on weekends only and find something interesting to do in the evenings on week days, which does not include drinking. Join a club, do sports. Anything that will keep you away from drink. If you can't then I suggest you get help from the AA or any similar associations. It will be for the best. NOw you might be young and don't feel bad, but you will regret it in the future when you're older.

LAY OFF THE SAUCE!!! (sorry couldnt help it...inside joke)

Figure out why you are drinking every night. Try not drinking and figuring out whats bothering you and making want to drink. Is it social or are you going through tough times and wanna forget about it? It could be a number of things. You need to sitdown with yourself and do an examination.

Nobody is going to be able to help you with your drinking unless you want help. Seriously. Most people dont think its a problem or see it as some kinda social event. Bullsh!t. Your substituting alcohol for something else that you dont want to deal with. Figure out what that is and you've made your first step down the yellow brick road.

I don't really know you, Maybe yr looking for a good time, running away from problems or cant face the reality of the day to day. If you feel that u needed to ask this question, maybe you should take it further and ask yr doctor for help, or speak to a close friend or any one for that matter who's a good ear, But you will need to do it for yr self and if its 'wrong' u must want to change it??

sounds like you have no motivation/ drive to do anything productive that you feel the need to be drunk every night as a means to feel good. its almost like being drunk is instant gratification. Without knowing any more about your life, I'd say you have some unresolved issues that need to be confronted.

Sorry to hear this. Are you missing a loving partner? What about family life, work commitments? Are you in financial trouble? There could be many reasons here. I would get professional help if I were you. LIfe is a gift and should be respected. Good luck.

Only you know thw answer to that m8. Either you like getting drunk or if its getting you down stop, it doesn't help get rid of problems it just helps you get pissed and have a good time, the problems will still be there in the morning though.

Lousy noisy neighbours!

I have to get drunk every night just to lower my frustration level with my downstairs moronic neighbours, aka Mr. Earthquake & his construction crew!

That's what's wrong in my life, that I must get drunk EVERY single night... or almost....!

You have a drinking problem. Cheer up, hundreds of thousands do; you're not alone. Seek help though. You have issues - join AA. They have an excellent track record.

God bless you.

You probably know, but can't admit it to yourself, let alone deal with it in a non-destructive way.

Please go seek professional help : search for a good psychiatrist, and if it "clicks" (NO pun intended), then maybe he/she can help you face going to AA.

Don't let this go on, you only live once, and there's still time to turn your life around for the better : please call for help as early as you can tomorrow!!

Good luck.
