I told this guy that he looked like Kevin Federline and he asked if that was good and when I said yea he smiled. Does that mean that I flirted with him? He's my 1st period teacher and my friend said that he could write me up for saying that but he didn't.

I said it in an innocent like way. I say good morning to him ever so often but I don't like him. His eyes lit up when he asked me if looking like Kevin Federline was a good thing and he was laughing about it when I walked away. Another adult was around but made no comment on it. He's cute but I respect him as my teacher, nothing else.

I dont know how much of a good thing a resemblance to Kevin Federline may be. But I do think flirting with your 1st period teacher is definitely not. He's not some guy, he's your teacher and shouldn't be flirting with any of his students. Are you sure your not reading too much into what happened?

Saying that he looked like Kevin Federline is not flirting. However when he then said is that good if he said it in a flirty way and then smiled it sounds like he is flirting adn you might be flirting back. It really is hard to say with out being there. Do you like this man or think he is attractive. If you do then he might be picking up on this not from your words but body language and expressions. If you do like him I would be careful what you say just so you don't get into trouble.

It really depends on how it was said and how he asked you and the body language but if u do like him just be careful cuz u don't want him to get the wrong idea even if u dont like him u dont want to take the chance of hi filing a complaint let him be the one to flirt that way u dont have to tke the rap if he approaches u lol
but all jokes aside just be careful what u do or say around him play it safe

Maybe you made an honest observation, and considered it a compliment. Maybe he took it that way

Did you mean to be flirting? Teachers are accustomed to that.
Some don't mind, if it is innocent enough, but others think it is being too personal, and if they see danger, will nip it in the bud by writing you up.

Teachers know they can not only lose their jobs, but jeopardize their careers, and be labeled a sex offender for LIFE, by responding to a little girls' flirtation.
Respect that, and leave him alone.

No that dosen't mean you flirted just don't let it happen again. Your other classmates might think your flirting and start talking then next thing you know it's going to be running around at school then it can get back to the wrong person and BOOM you done started something. So keep your little comments to yourself OKAY.

I would say yes...pretty innocent flirting but flirting nonetheless. I would leave it at that and would not pursue any future flirting with a teacher.
