yes because i hate to see people sad or upset....it may not be the right thing but if it helps just a little then i'm all for it. other than that i do not lie.

It's hard to answer this questionin a simple yes or no way. I really try not to lie to people, irregardless of what's going on, but there might be instances where the truth is skirted or just left out altogether. Those are far and few between, but it's generally because the information is not the other persons business or because it's not the appropriate time to talk about it. I have "lied" to spare someone's feelings before, but if the issue were truly serious I always try to find a way to tell the truth as nicely as possible.
