Please be truthful with information and not advertise for a salon. I have had acrylic nails in the past and they destroyed my natural nails.

Gel tips are the best bet. If the tip cracks it doesn't take your whole nail with it. The nail underneath actually gets stronger rather than weaker.

Whenever you went and got your nails done, did they use some sort of gun where there was a rotating barrel on the end the made your nails rough? Thats what they did to me both times i got my nails done and its AWFUL for your nails. Next time you go get them done, make sure they hand file your nails (which is gentler) and do NOT use any sort of motorized/electronic filing device. In-between getting your nails done, i suggest putting nail growth solution on your nails. It'll help them recover.

i worn fake nails for 15 yr then i stared just with the acrylics on my own nails for another 5 yrs my nails seal was damage beast thing i did was 2 wear my nails drink water water eat right get lot of rest it help me my nail are beautiful and healthy
