The circus-themed video for "Hurt" (was shot on September 23, 2006) is set to be released on October 3rd, and will be the first video Aguilera has directed.

The single will be released on October 23, 2006, in the format of a Digital download, and a CD single

I checked back and there's been an update within my source page. It used to say "sometime this September".
