What a classic! It came out in 1975. I went to imdb.com to try to get the answer for you, but they didn't have much trivia on it (sorry). All it said was it was an African Zuni fetish doll.
I hope someone else can remember the name on the box!

I'm not sure but I think it was something that began with the letter K.That doll was horrifying.It scared me .

It's on the tip of my tongue, but for the life of me I can't seem to remember it.
I think it was a Zooni doll, but I'm not sure.
