Did you buy a UK ticket
How did they know you held the winning ticket(was it signed)?
How is South Africa involved in a UK lotto?
Contact the UK lotto web site or contact them to see.
If some thing seems to good to be true it probably is.

It is a scam. There are many like it but the one that started it all was the "Nigerian" scam where the writer tells you that they are looking for a bank account to place many millions of dollars in and for providing your bank details, you will receive a certain % of the total sum. Then if you did provide the bank account number and details, you would find that all of YOUR money has gone. So, do NOT provide any information to these 'Lottery" bastards as they will take all your money as well. OK?
Just try and follow the links they provide and you will find they don't exist
