♥I just realized that when one of my co-workers needed help here and everyone bonded together and helped her. It was awesome!!

yes, last Wednesday when Kimveer Gill, a deranged psycho opened fire at my school, Dawson College, the community really came together and we all supported each other to get through the tragedy. All my friends and I got out safely but there were 19 wounded and 1 dead. as soon as i got home that day, my phone was ringing off the hook. Family members, friends that i hadnt spoken to in months, ex bfs, people from work were all calling me. At that moment i realized how much i am loved. It feels good to know that people actually care.

Yes. Last April I was hospitalized for 3 weeks. I got really worried about my bills. I told my boss that I only had enough vacation time to cover one week. He told me not to worry about it. While I was in the hospital my boss sent a letter to all my co workers asking them to "donate" their vacation time to me. A lot of my co workers did. When I got my paycheck and saw who "donated" their vacation time to me, I started crying. I personally wrote every single person a thank you note.

I always know that I am surrounded by good people, my friends, teachers, and other people are some of the greatest people in the world and I thank god for them and everyday I have to spend with them.
