Where can I get a hat?

Question

I'm after a hat like that worn by muslim men. It's hard to describe but is made of cloth with inticate patterns around the side. It has no peak, almost like a large skull cap. I don't know what they're called.

It's called a Kufi or a skull cap, sometimes its refereed to as the prayer hat too....NOT a turban (idiots). U can buy them from most Mosque shops, located near the actual Mosque itself or buy it online from the following links

Sikhs wear Turbans - some Muslims wear Turbans also, but not commonly in Britain.

The Army & Navy store here in Guernsey sells some scarf that you could use as a turban/hat. It is cloth with intricate patterns. I have a green one with black patterns. they also sell white with black or red patterns. Army & Navy store telphone number 01481 254198.

there a market on a sunday at the side of charring cross station you can get all that gear there starts abou 10 am

not sure bout the rest of the world but in Singapore we call it "Songkok". By the wat turbans are worn by singh(indians/punjabi)
