Great match up. Being a Mario Vitali fan…I would say may the best chef win. I would like to see what the two of them could accomplish against one another using rainbow trout.

I went to the same school as Emeril Lagasse..no I am not a cook infact I don't know how to cook, but if it came down to Bobby vs. Emeril I would want Bobby to win just because I like what he makes and he is more entertaining to me. I think that Emeril is a big fat hype.

I don't really care for Emeril Lagasse, so I'd root for Flay. Though he can be smug, too. Maybe he'll get zapped again by electricity. One can hope.
