I do have a court order but the thing is, is that my caseworker can't locate him. So I'm trying to do it on my own.

There is a national child support enforcement website. Get on there and it will direct you to the local child support office. When doing it this way it is alot of work by you but costs you nothing. I did not pay for my case but have had to be very pushy to get what my children deserved.
